Ssemanda was born on 2ND June 1994, in Kasangati, Wakiso district. Ssemanda holds a Diploma in Creative Art and design from Michelangelo College of creative arts, Kisubi Uganda where he majored in painting and sculpture. He is a Ugandan realistic painter.
